Chuck Olson Chevy was the first place I looked in my search for a 2025 suburban. I talked with a Young man but I guess he didn’t last long because when I came back he no longer worked there. He did help me test drive a suburban and a Tahoe. I also looked at Chevy of Everett, Pierre Chevy and Pierre Ford. I really wanted the cypress gray suburban but that color was very hard to find in a suburban or Tahoe. I almost bought a suburban from Pierre Chevy but the only RST was top of the line without being a wild Country model and they just couldn’t come down in price enough. Mike the Greek kept in touch after the first salesman left so I ultimately came back to chuck olson. I was exhausted after all the searching. Mike helped me with a Tahoe you had on order but the price was too high so I ultimately settled for a Gray/Silver color Tahoe RST you had on the lot. Mike was very helpful and I enjoyed talking with him. As for the vehicle so far, I’ve noticed the right exhaust tip is crooked, the rubber mats in the cargo area don’t fit quite right almost like they aren’t actually ment for this vehicle. They seem very cheep. Velcroed on with a sticker thing that already came loose. There is a rattle in the back when going over bumps that’s very unsettling to me. It’s only been a couple days so I haven’t hardly got into all the bells and whistles yet. Hopefully we can get these couple things fixed in a timely manner. I will be reaching out on Monday Thank you JIM .

Being that there has been a recall on the 6.2 engine the initial remedy was to upgrade oil to 40 weight. Upon inspection of the oil was there any debris in the old oil. That would give us a clue if there was any rod, or crank bearing wear or lifter issues

I took my Chevy Bolt in for regular maintenance and to have the tires rotated. I learned that there were now annual inspections set for EVs so Chuck Olson Chevrolet service techs went through my car. I was told my tires did not need rotating, but there were some things on the list that needed to be done. Everything was done in pretty short time and I was happy with the service I got. Thanks!

Overall good. However, I placed the order in April of last year. For awhile there was no information. The person who I was communicating with left the dealership and I was not handed off to anyone else. I had to go to the dealership again to get connected with someone. They left the dealership too and again I was left with no contact and no information about my order. Finally I was connected with Jim and from there it was smooth sailing. I checked in every couple of weeks and am satisfied with the level of communication I received from him. The GM website however is not great. It would take a week or more for events that Jim knew about to result in an update to me via email, and even longer for it to show up in the website. I think GM has a lot of work to do on the transparency dimension of car orders. For the dealership my feedback is that there should be a way to track and hand off customers who are waiting for orders from one representative to another when they leave the dealership. The actual sale experience once the car arrived was perfectly smooth.

I brought my car in for a full service, warned them of specific issues in advance, and agreed to delay the appointment by a week at their request. I left the vehicle with the shop for two days only to be told required replacement parts weren’t available and I had to return. They vacuumed only the driver’s footwell (passenger and rear footwells were ignored), and the rearview camera still needs replacement. Given I paid for a full checkup, warranty work, fluids, and filter replacement, I expected the job to be completed in one visit. Disappointed with the incomplete service and lack of parts availability, would appreciate better coordination and follow-through.
