Mike was great. Honest and upfront. I am very pleased with my experience.

I took my Chevy Bolt in for regular maintenance and to have the tires rotated. I learned that there were now annual inspections set for EVs so Chuck Olson Chevrolet service techs went through my car. I was told my tires did not need rotating, but there were some things on the list that needed to be done. Everything was done in pretty short time and I was happy with the service I got. Thanks!

Great experience!

Overall good. However, I placed the order in April of last year. For awhile there was no information. The person who I was communicating with left the dealership and I was not handed off to anyone else. I had to go to the dealership again to get connected with someone. They left the dealership too and again I was left with no contact and no information about my order. Finally I was connected with Jim and from there it was smooth sailing. I checked in every couple of weeks and am satisfied with the level of communication I received from him. The GM website however is not great. It would take a week or more for events that Jim knew about to result in an update to me via email, and even longer for it to show up in the website. I think GM has a lot of work to do on the transparency dimension of car orders. For the dealership my feedback is that there should be a way to track and hand off customers who are waiting for orders from one representative to another when they leave the dealership. The actual sale experience once the car arrived was perfectly smooth.

I feel like family at the dealership. What more can I say? I would display a lot of Chevrolet apparel and more popular accessories for sale in the waiting/accessories room. Sitting around for a while might get someone thinking about buying something! I remember seeing more displayed in the past.

I brought my car in for a full service, warned them of specific issues in advance, and agreed to delay the appointment by a week at their request. I left the vehicle with the shop for two days only to be told required replacement parts weren’t available and I had to return. They vacuumed only the driver’s footwell (passenger and rear footwells were ignored), and the rearview camera still needs replacement. Given I paid for a full checkup, warranty work, fluids, and filter replacement, I expected the job to be completed in one visit. Disappointed with the incomplete service and lack of parts availability, would appreciate better coordination and follow-through.

Service was fast and without sales pressures to do more.

I heard a tick, tick noise Saturday and when I took it to the dealer, the timing belt was fraying and coming off it's roller. So they replaced both that and the serpentine belt and all good.

Couldn't have gone smoother.

I bought a black Chevy Bolt LT from Paul at Chuck Olson Chev. and wanted to share my experience with you. I went to several car dealerships and looked at many different subcompacts, both gas and electric. Most sales people can not stop talking. Paul was different. In fact I think if I would have encountered him at a different dealership (Hyundai, Subaru etc...) I might have bought something different. He made that much of a difference. He didn't do anything spectacular, he simply allowed me to think. And when buying a car, it requires a lot of thought. When I asked a question, he answered it and then stopped talking. That is a great skill. I'm pretty sure if I had different facial expressions, he would have had a different approach. Jim the sales manager and Todd from Service were also amazing. I needed a pull down strap on the tailgate so I could reach it. They both were out there strategizing on how that could work. I asked the all knowing internet if a power lift could be incorporated on a Chevy EV and it said on a EUV yes. If that is at all possible on my car I would love that. I didn't buy a EUV because it is longer and I need a short vehicle. I also saw Autoease, was a possibility but wasn't sure if that would affect my warrantee. A lack of a power lift gate was almost a deal breaker.

My service guy, Daniels, knows what customer service is & I appreciate that he's always able to help me & still be kind about it. He always lets me know what my next service will need, which I appreciate it because I live on a fixed income.

We were able to schedule service right away. This time was just an oil change and overall check. Our previous visit was much more involved. Both times Daniels was the service advisor. It is nice to work with the same person and have a rapport. We feel that we're getting the straight scoop on what's necessary and parts availability isn't usually an issue being we're at a dealership.

Great service. I am a frequent customer - I always get polite, friendly and fast service. My bill is always in line, with explanations suitable for me. I don't feel diminished or insulted just because I'm fairly ignorant of how cars work.

I am very pleased that GM issued a bulletin about the glare on the windshield from the dash on sunny days, which created a visual hazard. I was not aware that GM had created a dash mat as a solution, until I heard about it from another Equinox owner. I was able to have Chuck Olsen order the dash mat for my 2024 EV Equinox and install it as part of my yearly maintenance. My service rep was Daniels. He pointed out that my vehicle registration was expired. It appears that WA state no longer sends out reminders in the mail, so I had not paid my registration for 2026. Thanks to Chuck Olsen for the good service they continue to provide.

I have a new (used) truck and I needed an oil change and diagnostic done. My schedule is tight and I needed it done e quickly and Todd at Chuck Olson got me an appointment within a few days.

Chuck Olsen is the best! I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Daniels in the service department for years and have always been taken care of. I can’t say enough good things about Daniels and the service department. I just purchased a C8 Corvette from Justin and the experience was excellent. I met the manager Jim, finance manager Kellen, Mike and Henry. All pros that made the buying process easy. While waiting I got to watch them work together and with other clients, it really is a great shop! Looking forward to working with Chuck Olsen and their team in the future.
